Private business intelligence starts with clear data boundaries.
Vantedges is designed for client-specific intelligence, strict data separation, encrypted infrastructure, permissioned access, and careful safeguards around how business data is used.
Our security posture is conservative by design.
Vantedges helps leaders understand their business, but that should never mean blurring client data boundaries or expanding data use beyond the agreed scope.
Data principles
- Strict client data separation
- Encrypted infrastructure
- Permissioned access
- Customer data is not used to train public AI models
- Retention options by implementation
Built for human-centered AI safeguards.
Our systems are designed to support better management decisions, not replace human judgment. Sensitive deployments are scoped carefully around data access, retention, permissions, and allowed use.
Client-specific intelligence
Insights are tuned to the customer’s business context, terminology, workflows, and priorities.
Access controls
Information access should follow role, permission, and implementation requirements.
Customer agreement boundaries
Any anonymized learning, aggregation, or special data handling must be explicitly allowed by the customer agreement and implementation scope.

Security & Data FAQ
How does Vantedges protect customer data?
Vantedges protects customer data through secure cloud infrastructure, controlled access, client-level data separation, and encryption. Our services are built on AWS and designed to support businesses that handle sensitive customer conversations, call recordings, transcripts, performance data, and operational insights.
Security is built into how Vantedges develops and delivers its services, including CallSense, FieldSense, and future AI-powered business tools.
Is customer data encrypted?
Yes. Customer data handled by Vantedges is fully encrypted.
This includes data used in our AI-powered workflows, reporting systems, and customer conversation analysis tools. Encryption helps protect sensitive business and customer information from unauthorized access while still allowing approved users to access the insights they need.
Does Vantedges use customer data to train public AI models?
No. Vantedges does not use customer data to train public AI models.
Customer data may be used to improve the performance, reporting quality, and AI outputs of that customer’s own system, depending on the service agreement. When broader improvement is needed, Vantedges uses privacy-conscious practices such as anonymized, aggregated, or permission-based data handling.
Is customer data kept separate between clients?
Yes. Vantedges is designed to keep each client’s data separate from other clients.
This is especially important for CallSense and other AI business services that process customer conversations, call transcripts, service interactions, sales activity, and company-specific performance data. Each customer’s data, reports, and AI-generated insights are intended to remain isolated from other customers.
Who owns the data submitted to Vantedges?
Customers retain ownership of the business data they submit to Vantedges, unless a specific agreement states otherwise.
Vantedges owns the software, AI systems, workflows, analytics tools, reporting structures, and proprietary technology it develops. Customer data and Vantedges technology are treated as separate categories and are governed by the applicable service agreement, privacy policy, and data usage terms.
Does Vantedges offer multi-factor authentication?
Yes. Vantedges offers multi-factor authentication to help protect user accounts and sensitive business information.
MFA adds an additional layer of security beyond a username and password, helping reduce the risk of unauthorized access to dashboards, reports, customer conversation data, and administrative tools.
Does Vantedges support privacy requirements like CCPA?
Vantedges is designed with privacy-conscious data practices in mind and plans to begin formal CCPA alignment work as customer needs expand.
At this time, Vantedges does not currently serve California customers, but our systems are being built with future privacy needs in mind. As we grow, we intend to continue aligning our data practices with applicable privacy laws and customer requirements.
Can Vantedges securely handle call recordings, transcripts, and customer conversations?
Yes. Vantedges is built to support sensitive customer communication data, including call recordings, call transcripts, customer conversations, sales interactions, service calls, and related performance analytics.
Because this data can include private customer information and valuable business intelligence, Vantedges emphasizes encryption, controlled access, client data separation, and secure AWS-based processing workflows.
Does Vantedges anonymize or aggregate data?
Vantedges may use anonymized or aggregated data for broader product improvement, reporting benchmarks, system performance improvements, and business insights where permitted.
The goal is to identify useful patterns without exposing individual customers, employees, callers, or confidential business details. Any use of customer data is governed by the applicable service agreement and data usage terms.
Why should businesses trust Vantedges with AI and customer data?
Vantedges builds AI tools for businesses that need practical insights without losing control of their data. Our approach is centered on secure infrastructure, encryption, MFA, client-level data separation, and responsible AI workflows.
Our goal is to help businesses improve customer experience, team performance, sales visibility, and operational decision-making while protecting the sensitive data behind those insights. Vantedges believes AI should make people and businesses better, not replace the human judgment that drives great service.
