AI, Customer Data, and Model Training
Vantedges uses AI-powered workflows to analyze business data and produce insights for the customer that provided or authorized the data. Customer data is not used to train public AI models.
Customer data may be used to improve the performance, reporting quality, and outputs of that customer’s own implementation, depending on the applicable service agreement. Where broader product improvement, benchmarking, or system performance work is needed, Vantedges uses privacy-conscious practices such as anonymized, aggregated, or permission-based data handling where permitted by the customer agreement and data usage terms.
Data Separation and Customer Ownership
Vantedges is designed around client-level data separation. Customer data, reports, and AI-generated insights are intended to remain isolated from other customers.
Customers retain ownership of the business data they submit to Vantedges, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Vantedges owns the software, AI systems, workflows, analytics tools, reporting structures, designs, configurations, and proprietary technology it develops. Customer data and Vantedges technology are treated as separate categories and are governed by the applicable agreement and this Privacy Policy.

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, log files, and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, understand traffic, improve usability, measure campaign performance, and support marketing or remarketing activities.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website or Service features.
